Who we are looking for
- At least five years of relevant experience. Other backgrounds are valuable – our clients require proven expertise.
- Fluency in German and English (B2 or higher). Work credentials must already be in place at the time of application.
- Self-driven, solution-oriented, pragmatic. We need professionals who don’t just say the right words but live them in practice every day.
- Quick thinking, fast learning. You adapt to shifting projects and priorities without constant supervision.
- Anticipating problems. If your first instinct isn’t to do your own research before asking, we are not the right fit.
- Professionalism by default. Be on point, communicate clearly, think ahead, and maintain proper conduct.
- Industry expertise. Experience in biotech, pharma, or medtech is preferred – especially in quality (QA, QMS) and regulatory affairs.
