Who we are
Austrian Pharma Services FlexCo was founded in 2018 with a simple mission: to make quality management and compliance in the life sciences less painful and more sustainable. What started as a small team of industry veterans has grown into a trusted partner for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organisations across Europe.
Our approach combines deep regulatory expertise with agile interim support. We translate complex obligations into structured, traceable workflows — reducing load on your internal teams without giving up ownership of the outcome.

Our story
2018 — Founded as a sole proprietorship, focused on project-based quality and compliance mandates for the DACH pharma industry.
2021 — Built our own tools and templates to handle recurring tasks more efficiently and with better documentation.
2024 — Converted into a FlexCo (Austrian Pharma Services FlexCo) for greater flexibility in growth, partnerships and international expansion.
Today — We continue to refine our methods, toolset and team — without diluting what we stand for: pragmatic consultancy with regulatory substance.
